HOLIDAY SPIRIT LIGHTING

On November 15th, 2019, Holiday Spirit Lighting was looking to run an urgent holiday campaign to capture leads for their light-hanging service before too late in December

(their deadline was December 12th).

We quickly onboarded them and built a collection of audiences and creative assets to test over the course of the first week with a small budget.

In total they only spent $1,050.00, but with gross estimated revenue of

$5200 (5X ROI)!

The first week, we ran 4 test ads and only two of them performed well, generating 2 leads. We immediately adjusted that week 1 budget to those two ads, and were able to squeeze out 6 more leads from that remaining test budget.

The second/third weeks we tripled the budget and generated 18 leads once we had a good Lookalike audience segment and proven ad creative. The Lookalike audience was the best performing ad set with 14 leads over the course of the second phase.

Based on a conservative conversion rates of 20% with average customer value of $1000, those leads were worth $5,200, generating a 5X ROI!

Not only did we build a great lookalike audience that our client could reuse for next year’s campaign, but they tapped into a new group of customers that they had never reached before with traditional mailer advertising methods.
